What should I do if the mower displays "Upgrade error"?

Upgrade failure due to RTK module:

 

- If the upgrade failed because of communication failure, please check whether the RTK Base Station is turned on, and bring the mower and RTK Base Station closer, restart the mower, and try again. Refer to prompt 604.

 

- If the upgrade failed because the RTK is not paired and is displayed as RTK-, please contact after-sales service.

 

- If the upgrade failed because the firmware download failed due to a weak WiFi signal, please ensure a strong WiFi signal and try again.

 

- To ensure a successful upgrade, please try to:

 

① Connect the mower to a WiFi with a strong signal. If the WiFi cannot cover the entire garden, you can connect the mower to a mobile phone hotspot.

② Keep the mower and RTK Base Station as close as possible, and place the RTK Base Station outdoors.

 

If the issue still persists, please contact us at service@iroboup.com and provide the following information:

 

- Model, SN, MAC, and purchase channel of your mower

- Screenshot of the failed upgrade and abnormal description of the upgrade process

- Location of the mower and RTK base station during the upgrade
