Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.

If the order is canceled within 24 hours, no fees will be charged.

If the order is canceled after 24 hours and the order has not been shipped out, please note that we will charge a transaction fee for the refund (4.4%+$0.3 each order for PayPal users).

We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.


Returns (If Applicable)

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product.


Return Conditions


* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, inactivated, and is still in its new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including all components. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.

* Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund (4.4%+$0.3 each order for PayPal users) for non-quality related return claims.

Notes

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.;


Return & Refund Service Will Not Be Provided Where:


x It is requested beyond thirty (30) calendars days of receiving a product.

x A product sent to RoboUP for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.

x A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.

x Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.

x Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc., or show signs of tampering or alteration.

x Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.

x A product is not delivered to RoboUP within thirty (30) calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from RoboUP.

x Other circumstances stated in this policy.


Return Process


Our customer service team will determine whether your order is eligible for return. After confirming your order is eligible, you will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us. Please confirm the return address before sending back, and make sure all components are included in the package.


Shipping Fees


If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. 


Refunds (If Applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)


If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@iroboup.com .
