What should I do if the mower displays "Cannot find Charging Station"?

The mower cannot find the Charging Station due to it being moved, powered off, or the QR code being dirty.
- Please check if the Charging Station has been moved or is powered on, and place the mower back on the Charging Station to charge.
- Please check if the QR code is dirty, then clean it or replace the QR code.
If the issue still persists, please contact us at service@iroboup.com and provide the following information:
- Model, SN, MAC, and purchase channel of your mower
- Video of the mower's malfunction
