Why did the mower enter the No-Go Zone?

An unstable RTK signal is causing inaccurate positioning of the mower:


Please check if the RTK signal of the RTK station and the mower is strong and stable, and move the mower back to the Charging Station and restart it.

 

If the mower enters a No-Go Zone during normal operation and the RTK signal is good, please contact us at service@iroboup.com and provide the following information:

 

- Model, SN, MAC and purchase channel of your mower

- Video of the mower's malfunction


What should I do if there is a problem with the blade (loose/falling off/bending)? Why do the wheels keep turning when the mower is lifted but the cutting disc stops?
