What should I do if the mower displays "Left wheel motor or Right wheel motor overload" ?

Motor abnormality due to overcurrent, possibly caused by entanglement or grass being too tall and dense:
- If the motor is entangled with grass or other debris, please inspect the faulty motor, clear the grass or debris, and restart the mower.
- If the mower cannot move due to grass being too tall or dense, please first cut the grass below 10cm.
If the issue still persists, please restart the mower. If it still fails, please contact us at service@iroboup.com and provide the following information:
- Model, SN, MAC, and purchase channel of your mower
- Video of the mower's malfunction
