Why is the mower not executing the scheduled task?
RoboUP - 2025/05/01
Here are the possible reasons:
1. The mower has encountered a fault or is in an emergency stop state: Please release the fault or emergency stop state of the mower.
2. The mower is powered off: Please long-press the power button to turn the mower on.
3. The mower is in a low battery state: If the mower has insufficient battery when responding to a schedule, it will automatically return to charge.
4. The mower's rain sensor is enabled and has detected rain, or the scheduled time is set as a no-mowing period:
- If it is due to rain, please wait for the rain to stop and the delay time to pass, or disable the rain sensor.
- If it is due to the no-mow setting, please wait for the no-mowing period to end, or disable the no-mowing function.
5. The mower is performing other tasks during the scheduled period. Please end the current task or wait for it to finish. If the scheduled end time has not been reached, the mower will execute the schedule.
6. The current scheduled task has been completed, but the appointment end time has not yet arrived.
If the issue still persists, please restart the mower. If it still fails, please contact us at service@iroboup.com and provide the following information:
- Model, SN, MAC, and purchase channel of your mower.
- Time when the mower did not perform tasks
- Screenshots of the map, schedule list, work log, and error log on the APP
What should I do if the mower keeps going back to the Charging Station after I click mow? What's up with the mower lingering in some areas?
