The mower can connect to wifi but not to Bluetooth, what should I do?

RoboUP - 2025/04/30

1. Download the latest version of the App.

2. Restart the mower.

3. Ensure your phone’s Bluetooth is on.

4. Ensure mobile data is enabled and the signal is good.

5. Select the mower from the list. If not found, tap [More Devices] to search again.

6. Keep the mower and phone within 5 meters and reconnect via Bluetooth.

If the issue persists, please restart the mower. If it still fails, contact us at service@iroboup.com with the following:

- Model, SN, MAC, and purchase channel

- APP screen recording of the Bluetooth connection issue

- Screenshot showing whether a Bluetooth name starting with "Roboup" appears in your phone’s settings

What to do if I cannot bind the mower to the App or cannot connect to wifi? Why does it say "poor signal" when controlling remotely?
