· Ingredients: Pumpkin, vegetable or chicken stock, water, onion, curry powder, garlic, bacon, and sour cream.

· Instructions: Cook onion and garlic until tender. Add bacon and cook for another 5 minutes. Stir in pumpkin and cook until softened. Add stock, water, and curry powder; bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes. Puree the soup in a blender until smooth. Serve with sour cream.
