what should I do if the mower shows motor abnormality,?

The mower may display the following faults:

 

- Left wheel voltage is too low.

- Left wheel voltage is too high.

- Left wheel motor hall sensor fault.

- Left wheel motor disconnected.

- The right wheel voltage is too high.

- The right wheel voltage is too low.

- Right wheel motor hall sensor fault.

- Right wheel motor disconnected.

- Cutting motor voltage too high.

- Cutting motor voltage too low.

- Cutting motor hall sensor fault.

- The cutting motor is disconnected.

- Motor malfunction.

 

If the issue still persists, please restart the mower. If it still fails, please contact us at service@iroboup.com and provide the following information:

 

- Model, SN, MAC, and purchase channel of your mower

- Photos of the mower and the behavior before the error
