The following issues may cause delays or syncing problems between the App and the mower:
1. Bluetooth or network delay:
Ensure Bluetooth or Wi-Fi signals are stable. Wait for the update, or exit and refresh the page.
2. Mower disconnected from router:
Before refreshing the map in the App, confirm the mower is connected to the router.
3. Cloud storage limit reached (Wi-Fi only):
- Use Bluetooth to sync data with the App in real time.
- If only connected via Wi-Fi, wait for the auto-refresh the next day.
No need to worry — this won't affect mower operation.
Just ensure strong network coverage around the Charging Station.
Once the mower completes mapping or mowing and returns to the Charging Station, all data will sync to the App automatically.
